Voucher Delivery Process

After purchasing a voucher online, you will first receive an email confirming your payment.

A second email will then be sent to you with your actual voucher attached as a PDF file.

Please note: This process may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.

If you have not received your voucher within 24 hours, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder first.
